My wife has celiac and Acasia was more than happy to walk her through the menu for the plethora of gluten free options. Esquites and queso were amazing starters. My wife enjoyed the taco platter with the Big Dipper, el mandarin and carne-vor. I went with the quesadilla platter to try the chicken and skirt steak.
