The culinary journey of Neon Cactus’ chef began in his grandmother’s kitchen, where the fascination of fire and cooking transformed simple ingredients into delicious meals. At Neon Cactus, Chef AJ dives into the historical and cultural roots of each dish, focusing on traditional ingredients and techniques. He artfully blends these elements with modern cooking methods, ensuring the essence of each dish is preserved while exploring new flavors.
Our Goal: Taco ‘bout giving back!
At Neon Cactus, giving back is part of who we are. Through weekly Give Back Days, we partner with local schools, nonprofits, booster clubs, and community groups to raise funds and bring people together over bold, globally inspired Mexican flavors. From supporting youth and first responders to promoting wellness and fighting food insecurity, every meal helps us reinvest in the Collin County community we proudly serve.
